With a good location and super nice staff, this hotel is great place for not too long stay. Room I was staying in was big, had big drawer with hangers inside, small coffee table, mirror which was dirty, and TVset with satellite channels. Sofa and a chair next to the mirror makes it more cozy inside. In bathroom, there was bad smell, but I got free shampoo and soap. Towels (2) were nice and clean. WiFi was available. Air conditioning was OK so I was able to warm up or cool down the room. Whenever I wanted, coffee and tea was served and it was free. There was a minibar and the fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Blanket was nice and new. Phone connection with reception was good. Area was nice, not far to the bus station, loads of shops and restaurants around, walking distance to downtown area.

Our room 105 was huge. It consisted of four large separate rooms; living room, kitchen, bedroom and a private bathroom. We had an enclosed balcony overlooking the busy central street. Our bed was a king size. Super comfy and clean. The bathroom was huge with a shower/ tub. All the plumbing worked. Hot water was great. WiFi was great! Staff are super friendly. Parking lot for our rental was steps away and secure. Even though the hotel is on a busy street the noise did not bother us for sleeping. There is an e!evator. The hotel's facilities are a bit older but everything works and the price is reflective of the hotel level. It's also close to many restaurants and food stores. All toiletries were included plus lots of towels.

Sara hotel is Ok for a night or two. It does not serve breakfast, but there is a solution, Just arround the corner you may buy anything you neet to eat for breakfast in a great bakery. We bought hummus, fresh bread, salade, yogurt and so on for just a few euros, just as the locals do. Man in the shop was extremely friendly advising us and so we have had twice real great breakfast. Support the local economy and show them good intentions. Room was very spacious, actually a suite, street view, good bed, parking in front of the hotel. Receptionist did not speak English, but there was notnhing special we need. Purpose of our stay was to start few excursions from Irbid and this was accomplished. Nice experience for us, good location, safe and convinient.
