    Lugar encantador, desde que entras te das cuenta que es exactamente lo que estabas buscando y más. De ser posible, agrega un día para disfrutar de la tranquilidad del hotel. Luang Prabang es realmente un lugar hermoso.

    Staff was incredibly kind and nice. I could feel how much they love their hotel and how sincerely welcome guest with their heart whenever I talked with them. They even prepared a souvenir when we checked out. Room was exactly the same as the pictures and hotel was very antique but cozy. Loved the overall interior.

    Stunning French colonial complex, tastefully decorated with great staff and delicious food. Located in a quiet bit of Luangprabang with an easy walk into the centre. Highly recommend!

    Satri House is exceptional. Human nature is to find fault but they are faultless. The staff were like family and nothing was too much trouble. The army of staff worked from sunrise to sunset to make everything immaculate. It s v close to the centre and free bikes made it a quick trip or 10 mins walk. 2 pools! Fancy being on your own then go to the second pool. Didn’t try the spa (bit steep for my budget) but looked amazing. I have nothing to gain in this review but it’s a superb hotel. Can’t rate it highly enough. I m planning my trip back to L P on the back of my stay at the hotel. I hope it’s not discovered by the multitudes before I return! It’s honestly out of this world.     Dailek and Banthi were wonderful and very helpful. They made the stay feel like we were not outsiders. Additionally, the pool is gorgeous and the afternoon snacks were delicious.

    Enjoyable, quiet retreat with beautiful gardens and pools. Excellent service by the staff, who were so helpful even after I checked out of the hotel (for example, they let me use showers when I came to pick up my luggage after a day of elephant brushing). Delicious food and great rooms with their own balconies or private patios. The two swimming pools, though small, were well-maintained and great for wiling away the hours reading a book. There are lots of seating areas for just quiet relaxation. Has very special touches: each day they give you a little Laos treat in your room, like rice desserts and coconut pancakes. You're guaranteed a safe neighborhood too: it's right across from the local version of a police station.
