    - The Ground is located on a very nice location and has a beautiful garden - The staff are very polite and do their best to help - The Hotel are is quite and secluded which is good for relaxing in after a long of exploring the magnificent Jeju Islands

    The airport limousine bus stops at this hotel which is a good plus. It is also pick up location for some Jeju tours. The hotel area is beautiful :)

    Staff were extremely helpful. I was riding my bicycle to Seogwipo, and had put the comments in the booking that I would need a safe place to store my bicycle. When they saw me approaching the front door staff promptly helped me with my bicycle storage and another person helped with check in.

    On arrival, without asking, we were given upgraded rooms with magnificent views across the hotel grounds to the sea. My only complaint was about the indifferent in-room coffee and tea and there was no sugar or milk - the lack of these last two items was corrected at my request. We later discovered during our tour this lack was a common feature in hotels right across South Korea. Breakfast was pretty good and had a good mix of foods of different countries from Western "Full English/American standard" to Oriental (delicious). Would we stay there again? Given the opportunity; most certainly.

    If you want to get away from Jeju city itself Seogwipo is a great spot. Hotel is on a huge plot of land and the rooms were Comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff were also very helpful
