    Excellent location to get around Seoul city. From Seoul station Exit 15, only 5 min away. Quite spacious living area and a reasonably large refrigerator. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

    Big space and clean. Excellent location with Seoul station nearby. Take exit 15 and it is 5min away from apartment.

    Very accessible from/to Incheon Airport vía express rail, and 2 metro stations to move to everywhere it was the best. Quite small place, Is really a place to take a bath and to sleep, no more, and based on this, is very efficient. Not easy to understand to my American culture how the “tatami” is the same as a bed, then 2 of us were sleeping almost in the floor. This misunderstanding was no one’s fault... I guess... safe place in a centric area. Old facilities (different than I saw in pictures) but well prepared to receive guests. Nice people in front office; they reacted properly when I did a request to improve the “tatami” situation Keyless in room’s door... very efficient!

    This was a very comfortable stay! This apartment was very convenient, quiet, and in a great location. Having the laundry and cooking facilities was very helpful, and we would just run across the street to Lotte mart to get food and what we needed. The restaurant on the first floor was a good go-to for food when we would come back in the evenings. We enjoyed walking on the elevated walk way in front, which curved around Seoul Station. It was an easy walk to lots of great markets and shopping if we headed northeast, towards Myeongdong. The staff were helpful and nice. This wasn't a hotel, so there wasn't daily cleaning, but the ladies did come every day to empty garbage, which was good. We really enjoyed having this as our 'home base' in Seoul.

    The room was very clean, the view was nice, it is a very warm and comfortable place to stay in. The staff treated us nicely and the location was very convenient.

    The location is very convenient with easy access to Seoul Station and Lotte Mart and Lotte Outlets. The staff have been very helpful and pleasant and communicates well in both Mandarin and English. This certainly is a bonus as we find that sometimes, there may be mis-communication with local Koreans due to language barrier.
