    good location near Hangzhou East railway station. Very close to restaurants and pubs as well as some small shops (grocery). Quiet neighborhood. Helpful hotel staff.

    The location is right beside the railway station interlinked with a mall, however for tourists who needed to buy their rail tickets using their foreign IDs or passports, you will have to walk a long way to the other end of the Hangzhoudong Railway Station to buy the tickets from the manual counters. If you have purchased your railway tickets online, you will need to still give yourself ample time to get to the manual counters to have your IDs verified. The walk is at least 15 more minutes from the hotel. Please take note.

    It is a shame. The building isn't that old. But it is very run down. Our bed had other people's hair in it. Long black hairs. None of the units had been wiped down or cleaned. There were stains on the glass, the counter, food under the counter etc. We had clean sheets on top of dirty ones. The location was the only plus. We needed to be beside the train station so we didn't complain. We have stayed at basic hostels that were cleaner during our travels..

    Localization was realy great - 5 minutes to train station and the subway. On the neighborhood was a few malls. There was very comfortable beds. The view from apartment (11th floor) was realy nice:-)

    The place is really big, got 2 rooms with nice big windows on the city. Distance is a 5~10 min from train station. Should show street name to station staff to be directed to hotel easily. The hotel reception is separate from hotel (1 min away) and they do keep luggage after checkout.

    An apartment with a small kitchen, if I'd been bothered to try cooking anything. Very close to HZ Railways station, which is the reason I booked it to be fair.

    The location is near to Hangzhou east railway station. But anyway I will not come again.

    It is very near to the high speed train station that you can just walk there in a few minutes and the front office staff is excellent
