    El dueño es un amor de persona, el también ayuda con los tours (salen a mitad de precio) y organiza muchas otras cosas más .

    I appreciate the help of Mr Erol, he is a good Manager, he takes care personally of its client from the check in to check out, the hotel is about 150m from Taksim square you can find everything close to the hotel, grocery store is about 10-20 m from the hotel. I took two rooms for my family and Mr Erol offers me a Luxe room instead of standard room I realy enjoyed my stay in this hotel residence. Thank you Erol :) I will be back again for sure.

    Room was large and clean. Position close to the main road and Taksim Metro 2 Stop. WiFi was fast. Hot water always provided. Staff friendly and helpful.

    I found the staff including the owner himself) very attentive and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and welcome (their cute puppy "Lucy" played an undeniable role in this part ;-) ). The place itself is clean and provides you with nearly everything you need for a pleasant and hustle-free stay.
