    What an amazing boutique hotel. Bed super comfortable, has small gym, breakfast excellent. I will always stay here when I am in Hangzhou

    The staff were outstanding- Summer in particular. Her English is excellent! She was able to answer all our questions and just very friendly, smiley and helpful in general. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade on our room- which was sooo appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms are great- clean, comfortable, modern and stylishly furnished. Loved the complimentary minibar. Super comfy bed and amazingly huge bath! Honestly one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in- such good value for money.

    The staff made extra effort to help us with directions and places of interest. Bus stop was directly outside the building, which made getting around town relatively easy. Breakfast in the restaurant had a nice selection of local food and, like at the hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful.

    We love the serene atmosphere of the hotel which mirrors the Hangzhou atmosphere very well. The breakfast is exceptionally well with made-on-demand local dishes. The room we stayed in room 601 is well lit and has good lighting mood during day and night. The staff is friendly and helpful

    Clean and well equipped with what you need as a guest. Staff are polite and the stay is really comfortable. Value for money stay If you like staying around xixi area, would recommend Nook hotel for sure.
