    We opted for the Club Lounge floors for a bit extra cost. Familiar layout of the room from stays at other RCs. Good size, well appointed, excellent bed, medium size bathroom - all excellent. Internet performance was good, generally very quiet, Nespresso machine for good coffee. The Club Lounge was excellent - we had lunch, cocktails, and breakfast - food quality was very good as were wine selections, service outstanding. Well worth the extra cost for us.

    I like making my booking because i didn't have to pay the price in full until I actually check in. it is very likely schedule can be change last minute. I like to be sure i have a hotel room secured before my travel.

    Beautiful place. Level of service and facilities well maintained as expected. Our room was still being cleaned when we came back from lunch. I guess for that, Jason the manager upgraded us into a primier suite and emailed to apologize. This kind of commitment to customer satisfaction is not often seen these days, and I'm impressed. Definitely looking to come back often. Thank you all Ritz team.

    An amazing stay in Ritz-carlton. We were a group of 13 Friends coming from Hong Kong for the week-end. Room are very clean, spacious and sound proof. Spacious bathroom too. Great outdoor pool area, peaceful and green scenery which make you feel like in South East Asia. Spa beauticians are very professional and thoughtful, I strongly recommend the 60 min. custom facial treatment. Hotel also host a hair saloon. Hotel lounge on 23rd floor provides good quality food and drinks and offers a unique view on pool and Shenzhen heart city. (Close to Coco Park, to enjoy outdoor night life). All staff from Check In, to Spa; Lobby Lounge and Door Keeper have been caring and dedicated to all our requests.

    This is the second time we stayed in the hotel. It still provides very good service, clean and comfy room. I really want to say thank you to Jack (Hotel Manager) for he prepared a birthday card and a cake, and a bottle of red wine for us when he knew that it’s my husband’s birthday.
