    Majestic atmosphere ! Love the Venice theme and the Venice style dressed concierge! Excellent rooms, Excellent food, Excellent breakfast. Massive indoor and outdoor swimming pool, perfect sport gym. I have been in many high value hotels in downtown Shenzhen, but this is the best ! Easy access to the metro, right next door, next to a neat shopping mall. And the Personal, very friendly and very good English ! My compliments!

    Beautifully decorated hotel has a soothing, charming atmosphere. Comfortable bed, soft feather pillows, lovely view from the balcony, convenient location. I'd stat here again.

    It was a fourth time i book in this hotel . The hotel have a good location just 5mn walking to the windows of the world . Shopping center near to the hotel with all stuff for shopping and eating . Have some leakage on the bath tube , when I processing to check out the staff offer me a discount .

    I like the staff at check in, he was trying his best for me to meet my requirements about my room. Booking does not show I need a big bed, when I arrived there there was a only twin bed room. The staff finally helped me make it. Thanks so much!

    Chinese restaurant food is good. Breakfast buffet ok with wide selections. Check in and out is smooth. Overall is good. Location is excellent!!

    Good hotel, right opposite to the World Eye adventure park. I recommend to visit the park and watch the show - they are amasing. Good breakfast, though mostly Chinese dishes are offered (as always in China).
