    Staff were very pleasant..we stay in diff hotels every week n for years including radisson n all I have to say the food was the best staff very pleasant helpful kind n the best..hotel very nice decor ..rooms spotless..the housekeeping service top class very polite..Rebecxa the reception my top Mark's go to her.     From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. All the staff were friendly and happy. Our room was a generous size with an outlook to the gardens. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was first class, big selection of both hot and cold fare. Our breakfast host Shulagh, was an absolute delight. She is really passionate about her job. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

    When booking i told them could they do anything in the room because it was my partners birthday and when we arrived there were balloons and happy birthday on our pillows and chocolate strawberrys in our room. Really really lovely and the staff were amazing .
