We had the most amazing stay at this property. The owner looked after us as if we were his own family. Every day he would greet us in the mornings and provide the most delicious breakfasts. He would always be there to offer advice with what to do or how to get to places. He was also very helpful always wanting to go the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and okay. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were so comfy. We loved our stay so much we extended it by an extra night. Honestly felt like a home away from home, would recommend anyone to stay here if they come to Luang Prabang. Excellent value for money and amazing location! The bikes were a bonus to be able to explore the town. Thank you for the best home stay we could’ve imagined!!

Very quiet place on another side of busy city. You can get to the town easily by bamboo bridge (they are rebuilding and it is almost done in couple of days) . the staffs were so helpful. Really recommend this place

The host, Mr. Thong, was so kind! He went out of his way constantly to assist me with even minor things. For example, one day I came back with muddy sandals and I left them outside. When I came back downstairs, he had washed them for me and they were sitting out to dry. He didn't have to do that at all but that was him the whole time. Super nice guy! The facilities were adequate and clean. The internet was really good (11 Ping; 21 Upload; 21 Download). It did go down once briefly, but Mr. Thong had it fixed quickly. There is a nearby restaurant (3-5 minute walk) that has excellent food and great views of the river. Overall, I would stay here again.

Thom the owner is amazing he makes you feel so at home, for example our transfer from Chiang Mai arrived at 4am we arrived at the property early and he let us check in early and while we were waiting for our room to be ready he made us breakfast even though we hadn't paid for that night! He will also sort you out with transport (he sorted us out with scooters and they were bought to the property) and his prices were cheaper than we could find anywhere. The room we're a really good size and very clean, they had a fan and AC which meant the room was more than cool enough. In regards to the location if the Bamboo Bridge is down then it is a bit further of a walk into town, however you can scooter if you wish however we Walked for our stay with no problems! (dry season bridge will probably be up)

Owner was lovely, and his family. Guesthouse was very nice and clean, rooms spacious enough. The breakfast was great too, served on your balcony. Free bicycles to use and a motorbike is a reasonable price too.

The family who run it are so lovely and attentive. Felt welcome and looked after the entire time. Very quiet and clean so easy to get a good nights sleep, and breakfast was offered to us every morning! All In all, fabulous guesthouse
