    Hotel check in is located on the 17th floor, and the management are mainly Chinese. The room is super new, clean and spacious and downstairs have plenty of Chinese foods for selection until late night. Hotel building is nearby nagaworld, aeon and diamond island so it is quite convenient

    OMG! How does this place have bad reviews!? I don't get it, honestly! A room on the 31st floor of a brand new building with a WALL WINDOW overlooking the city for $30 a night? It doesn't get better than that. The 'room' that we got was more like a studio apartment. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in, the pillows were like clouds, so nice and soft. We had a mini fridge. Coffee and tea, also bottled water were provided every time our room got cleaned. The bathroom was spotless. Shampoo and shower gel were available as well. There were two air conditioners in the room that kept it nice and cool. We had a small living space with a couch and a GIANT TV. I really wish we could have stayed longer. The reception desk is on the 17th floor!

    The girl at the reception front desk was very helpful, got into Phnom Penh around 10am and the girl offered me a room for early check in. Great service much better than The Bridge Club which denied my request for a upper floor every time I stay there. This is in the same building but different company.

    Room was excellent. 12 foot high ceilings, very large, panoramic window over the city. Shower very hot. Nice towels. Biggest bed I've seen.

    I like the location of the hotel. Is convenient and safe since the security guide will ask you to show the room key before you enter. I would like to thank you the female Cambodia receptionist Ms MeiYi who can speak Mandarin. She really helpful, friendly and always helping me solve problem immediately! She is awesome and great asset of the Hotel! Thumb up!

    The apartment is new, and so are the (cheap) furnitures. High water pressure in shower. Good lighting. Hard bed mattress.

    The apartmans are very good located, and brand new with amazing view and extremely clean. staff was friendly, and helpful. The hotel is brand new, therefore skme of the facilities are not open yet, like restaurant and bar. The pool looks very nice althogh only few people enjoyed the water as it was cold ans since in the building there are long stay apartments, there are strict rules at the pool and no facilities to eat or drink. Overall it is a nice hotel ans very good value for money and I'm sure when all facilities will finction it will be even better.

    The rooms are fantastic and the bed is to die for.. I could have stayed in its glorious comfort for days! Pool is great.

    Different layout compare to The Bridge, better utensils, good seating areas, more placement.
