The hotel is very new, tidy and clean. Stuff are very friendly and helpful. It's close to the metro station and has an easy access to the city center. Free laundry including washing machine, drying and iron. Excellent breakfast.

Very polite and courteous staff at the reception and the restaurant. (Though, staff speak very little or no English at all. Offered complimentary breakfast when asked. Very quietand comfortable rooms of convenient size. We had a family room for 3 adults. Close (5 minute walk) to the metro station.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. Although the place is far from the center but it is still accessible bec. It is near a metrorail station. The staff are accommodating.

We really enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfortable. Nice clean and spacious bathroom. We had clean towels everyday. The subway is only about 600 m away. They kept our luggage for us on the day that we checked out. I would stay at this hotel again if I visit Shanghai.

Actually I can speak Chinese, but the stuff still tried their best with the communication in English, it was sweet. The place looks nice, really clean and comfortable. I LOVED the shower (warm enough, water pressure perfect etc.) Bed was comforable, had a great sleep. (I had a cold, and the fuwuyuan noticed it, left a whole package of tissues in my room, thoughtful :) )

Well, i have made reservation at this hotel for group of travelers and my guests really enjoyed their stay there. Good place with very reasonable price. I think this place is perfect if you are looking for place to stay in Shanghai with good price.

The hotel is new, clean, the staff is friendly, both the house keeping and front desk. The hotel is not too far from subway station. The quality of the hotel is very good for the price range.
