    Hotel is located in a great location,with amazing view and easy access to metro,buses and city center.Staff is very friendly and helpful.I had the chance to stay 16 nights and every day my room was clean and tidy.It was also offered tasty breakfast.I would definitely recommend it and rebook it on my next visit to İzmir.

    Was the worst experience ever got a room with electric problem . The lights didn’t work in the bathroom had to use a lamp in there .location was in a horrible cramped area . Wouldn’t recommend it at all .

    The location is great if you want to visit downtown Izmir. The Kemeralti bazar is just a 15-minutes taxi drive away. Also the boulevard is just ten minutes walk. Around the location, there are many shops and restaurants. Also attractions like Selcuk and Efeze are just an hour drive. To the other side you have the beautiful beaches of Cesme/Kusadasi.

    Great reception manager tried his best to resolve issues. They allowed us to do a early checkin and also prepared a early breakfast the day we did a tour and on departure day because we needed to leave before breakfast. Offers full board

    I have stayed in Yeşilyurt Residence with my family for about two weeks. We had a very pleasant stay in Izmir. The rooms were clean and very well equipped. The location is in the old part of Izmir city with many shops around, and the public transport is easily reachable on foot. We have been particularly impressed with how kind and supportive the whole staff was. Congrats to Mr. Mostafa and Tufan the owner of the hotel who brought this great team together. And my special thanks to Onur the reception manager and his team; they were very kind and always there to help us with our questions. Further, I would like to thank the staff at Sorti restaurant for the delicious meals with their great service. Thank you very much to all of you for this unforgettable stay in Izmir

    Large rooms, breakfast in room if you request, helpful owner, nurse and doctors available in hotel at all times, parking is with lifts and plenty. We asked for extra cooking utensils which they provided, laundry was very reasonable.

    The owner went out of his way to make our stay as best he could. Basic accommodation but clean, large room (deluxe flat) and the room was quiet.

    It was my first visit to Izmir and I found Yesilyurt Residence on the internet.. While I was back in India, before booking any hotel I was calling them and speaking to them personally. Couple hotels passed with other hotels; I was not satusfied.. but when Mr. Tufan from Yesilyurt answered the call.. I just felt it as home.. he was soo patient and humble gentleman.. He gave me all the information, infact extra information.. as I was new to the city.. and made me feel like I was already there.. So i just booked at Yesilyurt. When I reached there, Mr. Tufan and all the staff were so nice to me and they even solved all my problems instantly, like they lend me a charging adaptor for a week which i was not having.. Booked Taxi for me.. Helped me get fair prices on taxi.. educated me about the places to hang around.. And ensured that my stay was pleasant and safe.. Thanks Mr. Tufan and your team.. I would highly recommend Yesilyurt Residence to my friends and general public.
