    Magnifica ubicación, jardines y vistas al lago oeste. Paseo privado. Pabellones preciosos, excelente desayuno.

    This was an amazingly relaxing venue. Such beautifully landscaped area. A short walk to West Lake. If relaxation and service are what you are looking for, this is the perfect place. The breakfast was fantastic!

    Set in its own peninsular jutting out into West lake, the Zhejiang Xizi hotel is not one high-rise building but a collection of one or two story buildings set in beautiful gardens. The atmosphere is one of peace and tranquility. A fantastic place to stay.

    The hotel is located directly on the Westsea and situated in an exceptionally beautiful garden which invites to go for long walks. All is spotlessly clean and well maintained. A place of rest and relaxation! The hotel offers a guided tour where you can also visit the locality of the G20 Summit. We had a garden view room which was spacious and comfortable. Very good and tasteful breakfast, helpful staff.

    They surprised us with flowers and chocolate in our room for Valentine's day. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's a buggy to get you around the hotel which is helpful especially when it's raining. The swimming pool is big and good temperature. There's a food court restaurant area about 500m from the hotel.

    you are not living in a hotel. you are living in an exquisite Chinese garden which becomes mystic at night. You must take a stroll in it let the night envelope you to feel the gentle, soft, mystic of layout of the garden, the lake, the pond. you will feel the beauty of the ancient China.

    Lovely hotel with perfect location. Its literally right on West Lake with the Leifang Pagoda behind it within walking distance. A lot of attractions and great restuarants within walking distance or just a short cab ride away

    The location was special and the breakfast was fabulous. Staff were extremely helpful. Felt very safe with all the soldiers about.
