    The 19th hotel is situated in a great position for Carnoustie golf course and good road links for other courses. The staff were welcoming and sorted out a table for 8 to enable us all to eat together. Rooms were clean tidy and comfortable. Perfect hotel for golfers

    The staff listened to me and responded with what was obviously genuine interest, without cloying patronisation. Everything I asked about, and later did, had been answered openly and accuarately. I can't think how they could have been better. And, especially importantly, with good humour. For breakfast, I cannot imagine anyone needing anything that was not put out to be taken. (Perhaps someone like a a bhuddist monk, or a visiting inuit might have requested something not there.)
