    I did not like anything in the hotel. Very worst experience by Booking.com hotel. Breakfast facility not there, Lift not there, staff not there to lift the bags, washroom very small, very very dirty place.

    The location is convenient. There is a foodcourt below the hotel with local food. The MRT station and monorail stations are 3-5 minutes away. Quite a few malls are within the vicinity as well.

    The property was in a good location very close to pavilion which had a nice food court and close to MRT station (although trains are not easy to use), the staff were friendly lady let us print out our visa. Bed was comfortable. Free hot and cold water.

    They have restaurant downstairs the hotel where we can order food and they will send to the room. Go down the hotel there is a lot of shopping mall and this is very good. The connection to the public transportation also very good.

    The chinese girl that I believed is lady boss to the hotel had been treated us good during the check in till check out.
