    We only spent one night in that hotel, as we were in transit from the islands to the airport. It probably was the best choice staying in this hotel. Situated on a hill overlooking Sihanoukville. It had a good terrace restaurant with views. Also a beautiful pool, although it was closed for some reason. I don’t recommend staying Downton, looks like a huge building site where the streets, (more like fourwheel drive tracks), are lined with garbage bags. We were devastated when we got driven through town to the hotel. The hotel provided free pick up from the ferry and also transfer to the airport. As we had to leave the next morning at 6.30am for the airport, they organised us take away club sandwiches.

    It has a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the Sky Bar offered a magnificent view of Sihanoukville.

    Staff were very friendly, especially at reception. Rooms were very large and clean.

    the whole city is a building site but the staff were most helpful in helping with transport into town and the food and pool was excellent

    It was roomy and was positioned in the hill area so you could see out over the city. It was quiet. It was great to have a free shuttle from the airport and then also down to the ferry.

    The hilltop pool and restaurant both command great views over the building sites all over the town. Rooms are well thought out and well-equipped with good views.
