    I liked the room. It was big. The bath and CR is also very big. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    The prompt attentiveness of the front desk and housekeeping to our needs. When we requested for extra pillow and electric fan, these items were immediately provided to us. The front desk staff were very courteous and respectful. They recommended good places to eat or dine.

    The facility exceeded our expectations, its like 3 star hotels but for a motel/inn price. The bathroom is like 3 star or 5 star complete with good hot shower and toiletries (but of course there's no luxury toiletries). The rooms are so spacious and the TV have alot of channels.

    Breakfast was good but can be improved. Served 3-in-1 coffee instead of brewed coffee. Location was excellent, easy to get a taxi.

    The room is clean, spacious and very comfortable, the staff are courteous, prompt and very accommodating. Even though Baguio is a non-smoking city, the hotel managed to squeeze in a smoking area.

    Very highly recommended hotel. It's super comportable and relaxing to stay. Super friendly ng mga staff always naka smile malinis at mabango yung room specially the comport room nakaka amaze wow.. 👏👏

    Location is great. The view from the room is fascinating. Can hire cabs easily. New hotel so all of the facilities & appliances are new.
