    Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast, you can choose for continental, american, local etc. Great pool. Safe neighbourhood. Quite place in the middle of KL.

    This place totally surprised med. it is Awsome! The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are comfy, and the pool is nice. Most importantly this place feels like at little un-disturbed pice of Kuala Lumpur while still being very central, about 5 minutes cab from patronas. I really enjoyed my stay. Don’t stay at all the mega skyscraper hotels. Take it from me those are overpriced and uncomfortable. Stay at 5 Twenty and save some money and earn some quietness in an otherwise hectic city.

    Very friendly. Efficient. Nice breakfast. Clean. Flexible. Willing to look after our luggage and they dried our swimwear for us before our flight. Easy access to town using Grab taxis. Would happily stay again. Lovely clean pool.

    Location was perfect. In a nice and quiet neighbourhood. 15 min to the city centre with taxi. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Stylish and very well maintained interior, exceptionally friendly and conscientious staff, perfect organisation. Situated in a quiet back street in a green suburb, this is also the perfect place to get over a jetlag quickly and easily. Metro KL is within walking distance, but not within earshot.

    Excellent breakfast. Amazingly helpful staff. Ordered Grab cars for us as we didn't have facility to phone using our phones. Very central and easy to get anywhere! Organised a great tour of Crab Island...great value and great tour.

    Personal muy amable y colaborador. Preciosa ubicación tranquila, cerca de varias embajadas, por lo cual escogí la ubicación, aunque no está lejos de la ciudad tampoco -20 andando hasta el enlace metro más cercano. Linda piscina, habitaciones de buen tamaño, diseño inusual lo cual me gustó - se siente más como si tuvieras habitación en una villa que en un hotel.
