    It's very clean! Very cozy! There's complimentary water and coffee. The owner was super friendly and let us check out later. The room has a LG smart TV so you can use smart TV apps like Netflix or cast videos. The AC system is a split type where the noisy parts sits somewhere else, which is much MUCH quieter than the more common window units you see elsewhere.

    Would love to thank the very accommodating host and his co-hosts who met my requests for early check-in and checkout. I was greeted warmly and shown to a very tidy, clean unit with cute as decor. Loved the fluffy fleece blanket and the view from my balcony which was overlooking the playground and pool. The location was perfect as it was walking distance from a lot of shops (even managed to squeeze in a massage in my short stay), a shuttle away from Resortsworld and also just a few minutes walk from the international airport.

    It's new, modern condo and very clean through out including the lobby. It's very quite too. The host went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early. The staff are very friendly. Close enough to a nice, beautiful Roman Catholic Church St. Therese.

    Everything from the owner to the caretaker who's absolutely wonderful and reliable. The condo unit is very well-kept, classy and has a lot of character. I loved my stay there and I will definitely recommend it to my friends planning to visit the Philippines. Thank you Nick and Mheann!
