The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They met all my special requirements and were very forthcoming in giving me extra ideas on what to visit, with maps and some other materials. On a very rainy day they even went to do some shopping for me! The room was really spacious and although it could use some renovations, it was also very comfortable. -
