    The location was outstanding. A little more in the way of kitchen facilities, microwave and sink maybe down stairs.

    Very good location ; it’s a 15 minute walk up the beach from the town which we found really good; we usually stay in the town which is busy, but I much prefer this location now; there’s Cafes and a bar about 2 minutes walk from the house.

    Great location, around the corner from the easy going Tree house restaurant. And approx 4 mnutes to be on the beach.

    Excellent location. Rustic and tranquil. Across from beach and cafes. 20 minute stroll to Byron Town Centre. Loved the Gazebo overlooking inlet just what I needed to relax. THe bathroom does need at update. Probably not for everyone but for us we made do and the Gazebo, views and location made up for it. I think the Gazebo has wonderful opportunities for a nice cosmetic upgrade with some potted plants and bohemian vibe just to make it that more special. All in all I will be back

    The outside area is a dream and the furniture they have is comfy. We loved the location too!!

    Beautiful, cosy space in a lovely, relaxing setting. The bed was so comfy- I’ve never slept so well! The beach is a very short walk away and you can hear the ocean when you fall asleep at night.

    The garden is lush and beautiful. The tree house and studio (I have stayed in both) have quality linen and are extremely comfortable and clean. The private deck on the treehouse overlooking the river is spectacular.
