    I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Madi (the owner) and his beautiful wife made us feel so welcome the second we arrived. Greeted with ice cold wet towels for the face and a delicious iced tea was so refreshing. The room was big and comfortable with a powerful AC! The bathroom was great with a good rain shower. The food from the restaurant is delicious, we ended up eating here most nights! Happy hour at the pool bar from 4-7pm was so much fun, we could connect to the speaker and play our own music and the cocktails were yummy (and strong!) We were able to rent scooters from the hotel and they were really good quality compared to others I've rented in Bali. There are plenty of warnings about the roads in Nusa Penida, just use your common sense, go steady and you should be fine. I'm a novice scooter rider and I managed it without any hassle (but I was VERY careful.)

    Not too much. In comparison to other hotels in Indonesia I have been to this was total disappointment! Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.
