    La habitación es como estar alojado en un hotel de lujo, muchos detalles en el baño y minibar, bonita y moderna decoración, Ambiente moderno dentro de un edificio histórico, un trato excelente por el recepcionista, muy atento y dispuesto a todo

    Giorgio is a most eccentric and simpatico host. He is ever present, helpful and makes a great coffee. Roberta cooks wonderful breakfast cakes and keeps the rooms clean. The rooms are large, some with very generous bathrooms (biggest in 2 weeks in Sicily). Beds are comfortable and the linen is very good. Location is great, nothing is more than a 20 minute walk away and there's a free bus right out the front.

    The host and the accommodation are absolutely fantastic!!! We really enjoyed staying here and felt so looked after. The location is great and the room and bathroom are very modern and spotless. Such an enjoyable stay that I can only recommend!!

    Very good hotel, located in centre of Palermo. Because of hotel locations you can visit every place by walking. they got delicious original Italian breakfast. Rooms are perfect clean, luxury with window view of Palermo medieval streets. I highly recommended :)

    Staff was very kind, provided all possible assistance, advice and explanations, including printouts of train and bus schedules and boarding passes. Breakfast prepared from local products by Roberta was excellent (home made bread, pastry etc, fruit, jams, excellent coffee). They made an extra effort to provide all items of our liking (eg natural yogurt). Thanks!!! Room was nice in an old palace, with nice bathroom. Regretfully we did not spend more time in amazing La Kalsa and enjoy all it offers, small new shops and cafeterias with secluded gardens, art and antiquity shops, friendly locals. Actually, the community in the neighborhood was a pleasant surprise, cheerful and most kind people, hanging out together in the park and trattoria. The fish they were preparing late in the evening smelled fantastic. I regret for not knowing beforehand, to dine here instead of tourist landmarks and fancy restaurants. Next time we will not miss it!

    The location is great - city centre is reachable within couple of minutes (be careful for cars on narrow streets). The breakfast was amazing! I really like the colourful lights in shower, something one doesn't see frequently. Staff (Giorgio & Roberta) were extremely helpful and happy to make special arrangements for us (organizing transfers and earlier breakfast). Definitely a place to return in Palermo!
