    Cama comodísima, calefacción, ducha perfecta, todos los utensilios de cocina y baño necesarios. La urbanización súper bonita y segura.

    Location was great for checking out Abbot Kinney neighborhood. Check in and out was super easy (via e-mail). Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a great stay. Lots of space and very comfortable common area for socializing.

    The Kinney villas are one of my favorite places. I'm used to the east coast, but the Kinney made me appreciate the west coast. It was easy to book, easy to get the codes, clean and beautiful. I much rather like suites or apartments than hotels, thats why in New York my favorite is the Benjamin. The apartment had two rooms with one bathroom each, and it was spacey, nice, and comfortable.

    Big and comfortable Villa, had everything we needed. Hairdryer was broken, I told the host and he sent someone to bring a new one, very great service

    Good location. Well equipped and had everything we needed. Having its own garage parking is a big benefit. Would recommend it if looking for some where to stay in Venice.

    The Abbott Kinney Villa is in a wonderful location, few minutes by foot to Abbott Kinney road. By car, grocery and convenience stores are reached in three minutes. The house is well maintained and very clean. The two upstairs bedrooms have cozy beds and both en-suite bath rooms with showers. The washer/ dryer upstairs was very convenient to have on our family vacation. The living area is big and airy, open kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, stove/oven, large fridge, basic cooking equipment and table ware available. The big TV in the living room is set up perfectly and Netflix is available.

    Very nice villa and extremely comfortable beds! 😊 Internet was not working in the beginning, but was fixed quickly. Garage straight with entrance to the villa 👍

    The neighborhood, it was really peaceful, and the house was really nice too. The location near Venice beach is perfect for a morning running around the beach.
