    Upon checking-in and going to our room we found that it was not what we expected size-wise. The reception desk immediately and happily moved us into the room that we expected. Wonderful customer service! The breakfast was excellent! The variety of selections was suitable for all diners, including vegetarians or those requiring gluten-free items.

    Beds very comfortable. Nice large room. Fluffy towels! Liked the fact that the building was very old and features had been kept like the lift cage. Mixed with contemporary bars and furniture.

    Breakfast Choice and quality was good although they ran out of a couple of items.. juices particularly. Staff were great - really helpful.. especially at breakfas Rooms were fabulous

    The property was very central and the room was absolutely stunning. I walked in and was completely surprised at how huge the room was and it was presented amazingly. I will definitely be returning!
