The receptionist guy was rude, He kept on saying can't find my booking in the system. He kept looking at me as I am lying. Was not friendly at all. I showed my online booking confirmation but he was adamant saying it's not with them and send me away, saying come at 4 pm. I went back at 7 pm, considering my booking should have reached them by now. So I can check in and relax in my room but the same guy kept telling me, it's not there. It was late and I got worried where am I suppose to spend the night now. Upon repeated request, he called another staff member, who looked it up in the system and it was there. He was making a mistake in finding my booking via my name and was entering it wrong. I paid £240 for one night and expect a better service at this cost to be honest. I had a flight next morning but I could not get the due rest which I needed. Disappointed
