    Sitio tranquilo fuera de temporada, todo muy nuevo, muy amable la dueña. Frente a la playa, y muy cerca de Fiumicino (20 minutos).

    La casa de mucha categoria. Diseño interior moderno de muy buen gusto. Giovanna la dueña súper amable. Las habitaciones amplias y el baño excelente. Tenés para eléctrica con café o té para que tomar mientras estás en la habitación.

    The owner of the property Giovanna was very welcoming and always happy to provide information and going out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable. The villa is extremely clean and very well made. Every corner of this place is beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for more. The location is just perfect, right across the beach and they provide free bikes to use if you’d like to explore Fregene beach. Very nice breakfast - Giovanna makes home made cakes and jams that are just delicious! I would really like to thank Giovanna for a wonderful stay experience. If you ever think of going to Fregene, Aquaviva b&b should be your first priority to stay. I will definitely go back and enjoy some more time in Fregene. Thank you once again Giovanna. You are a star!

    Breakfast was very good and in a very tranquil environment of the terrace. It was a typical sweet Italian breakfast with a homemade cake made fresh in the morning. We loved the front garden patio, very neat and well kept.

    Giovanna was fantastic and thoughtful host. She helped me with understanding public transport here. She shared with me a lot of useful advices. Giovanna also shared me a bicycle. Place was quiet and safe. Room was clean and fashionable, comfortable bed. It was great experience to eat tasty breakfast with view on sea. Close to wonderful and splendid beaches.

    The location, the wow factor and beauty of the whole property from the entrance and garden to the breakfast area and indoors. It was so beautiful we wished we didn't have to leave so soon. It is ideal for a few nights stay to really enjoy both the relaxation of the property and the beautiful beach it sits across from.
