    El personal es increible. Nos pusimos enfermas esa misma noche y nos ofrecieron llevarnos al hospital. La comida muy rica, e incluso cuando la cocina estaba cerrada nos dieron comida del desayuno (llevábamos todo el día sin poder probar nada)

    Buenas instalaciones, el desayuno es buffet y es mejor que la media de lo que hemos visto en Filipinas. La piscina, se agradece después de un día largo de playa o tras un largo viaje en coche/moto. Tienen servicio de alquiler de motos (mejor si escribes para reservarles una que si esperas a hacer allí). ------------------- Good facilities, breakfast is buffet style and is better than the average seen in the Philippines. The pool is appreciated after a long day at the beach or after a long car / motorcycle trip. They have motorcycle rental service (better if you write to reserve one that if you expect to do there).

    Lugar tranquilo, personal amable. Piscina enorme y sin horarios. El hotel está situado cerca de la calle principal que va a todas las playas, pero a 5-10minutos en moto de ellas. Eso nos gustó porque no estábamos en zona turística. Nos movíamos cómodamente y dormíamos apartados y tranquilos. El desayuno es más variado que en otros sitios.

    We really liked the shower - it was powerful and hot! The bed was comfortable however, we needed to ask for another pillow each but the staff were lovely and extremely happy to help! The organisation of the scooter was super easy and affordable at only 350php for 24hrs! We organised canyoneering through the hotel and our tour guide Edward Torres who picked us up and took us round for the day was exceptional! He was so friendly and a lot of fun - please pass on our thanks to Edward!! :) really liked that there was a water dispenser for refilling your bottles and the water was really cold too!

    Very friendly staff, good service. Nice pool. And also the tour (canyioneering) was arranged by the hotel. Great!

    This is a new hotel. Great pool great facilities. The staff was absolutely amazing. I was sick during my stay and they were absolutely amazing and helpful getting me ice or anything I needed. Super recommend also very polite people and kind. Breakfast was great ! You must stay here !

    Yes, booked and paid through booking.com and thought payment was taking care of as nothing was said upon arrival/check in. After our 2 night stay we were leaving at 4am to get to our tour, were we asked to pay 3800p cash which we did not have on us as no ATM was working in town + the hotel had no credit card facilities. After agreeing to transfer funds once we were able to look into the matter. We were then stalked on Facebook by 2 profiles demanding money and commenting on our personal posts which lead to the point where we had to block the profiles Very unprofessional and scary to think that the hotel didn’t do there job then harassed and demanded money at. 4am in the morning when then should have gone through the correcit channels I.e booking.com / emails / looking into the matter before the 4am check out

    facilities were great! staff was amazing! they arranged a tour for us as well and that too was great.. they accommodated us earlier than our check in time because our arrival in Moalboal was so early, they didn't even ask for any extra charge.. the location was great too just a few minutes walk from a mall with a bank so it was so convenient.. the breakfast was okay.. Hot and cold shower was nice.. pool was big, clean and cozy.. the hotel was located near the main road but room was quiet and comfortable.. beds were great and they gave us extra blankets without asking..
