Newly renovated. Spotlessly clean. Marco is very helpful. Amazing living room kitchen common area. 15 mins walk from the centre. Also local cafe and restaurants with few mins walk. Would highly recommend this place

Quiet and modern apartment, beautifully decorated, with balcony. Next to the river outside the ld town but easy to walk across the bridge into the centre.

We were 4 couples on tour. We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a nice host. The location was just a short walk from Arena Verona! Recommended!

Excellent communication. Very clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Very quiet. Good location for the centre of town.

It's not a hotel with usual services such as for example breakfast and room mini -bar. It's a transformed appartment with several single rooms which are rented, modern and with all comfort, including air condition and in a few of them balcons for smokers. 10 min to walk to the top city center, and very tranquil (no noise from traffic). A common modern and clean kitchen with a coffee machine can be used, coffee capsules, tea and drinking water are in the rooms. Parking is 5 min to walk in a new built large parking house. Next coffeshop for breakfast is on the same street 4 min to walk. Helpful and friendly mamagement.

The location is perfect, as well as the apartment itself. It is new, modern and stylish. Spotless clean!!! Big room with very comfortable bed :) Free coffee/tea/water was a lovely surprise! Great communication during all stay. Would definitely come back! Thank you, Marco, again!

This apartment has four double rooms which you can hire individually, but as a family of 8, we took all four rooms. Each one was beautifully decorated and all four had a balcony and a private bathroom. Whilst two rooms were markedly bigger than the other two, it didn't cause any issues for us as all were nice. The kitchen with cooking facilities is great to have as we ate breakfast in the apartment. The apartment is very modern and easy to use, the shared space is large. The location was great, just a short walk across the river to the main town centre, and there were a few student bars (With EXCELLENT prices) downstairs just along the road, where we enjoyed a few drinks on the way back to the apartment.

Very nice place and host. I've liked the bathroom and the boxspring bed very much. Apartment was next to the university, a 5 min. march will take you to the historic center. Will be my choice the next time I visit Verona.
