    The owner is a very nice guy, easily asked all of our questions regarding our stay. The place is situated very comfortable, a huge supermarket 10 minutes walking, bus stop 3-4 minutes, beach 20 minutes by direct bus, city center 20 minutes walking, few nice bars around. Concurrently, it is looking like a sleeping quarter, so no people around in the night and it is quiet (but still it is quite close to the road). Breakfast system is very comfortable! Just different types of croissants, cookies, candies, etc are laying on the common table without any time bindings. We did not need to wake up early and run to the breakfast cause it is going to close, we had it when we needed. Also a common kitchen very well equipped. Room has everything what is needed for comfortable stay (at least for us). Very nice LED shower :) I absolutely recommend this place and will come back next time if I am in Pisa!

    The bathroom. The room was clean but the environment is awful. There was very far from the center and it was more far as we can read in the description. There are no bus or tram.
