    Since most of the staff are from the northern parts of India, there are a bit of communication issues. F&B: Many fo the food items specified in the room service menu are not available... surprisingly. Garlic is heavily used in all dishes. Room service guys are unable to clarify guests about food items on the menu card. The hotel is located in the center of the City. The overall ambiance of the room is good.

    All of them from Location to service. Spacious room with very good amenities. Great value for money. They have a fully operational restaurant downstairs and food is fine. Breakfast they provide as complimentary have a good spread.

    The location was very good. But the property did not meet us our expectation. Even though the property was fairly new, the furniture was broken and the room had cockroaches. Also, the AC does not work when the windows are opened. However, the doorman was very nice and helpful.

    The location was at the centre of the city, easily accessible to the shopping street. The rooms were well kept and very clean.
