    Un hotel muy bonito.. después de pasar unos días en Giza lo mejor que pudimos hacer es habernos hospedado en al masa... poder descansar y disfrutar de las instalaciones... el hotel es lujoso para estar en Egipto y tiene todas las comodidades que necesitas..!! El desayuno esta delicioso bufete internacional que cae muy bien después de tantos días en Egipto.!! La alberca deliciosa.. y un especial reconocimiento para MOHAMED SALAH el nos ayudo en todo ..!!

    amazing friendly environment people are helpful specially at the front office ...it is a very large place in which you can not go out just to watch the nature and enjoy accommodation, my daughters were very happy and didnt want to return back home

    I liked the politeness of the staff, especially the room service lady that took my order and Nivene at the reception desk. Also, the wifi was good.

    In general it was amazing and I think it's one of the best hotels in Egypt. 1. The staff were friendly and helpful. 2. The pool was clean and the water temp was proper. 3. The whole place was clean and well organized. 4. Appropriate for families. 5. The location was very near to all facilities (airport, malls, restaurants & etc.) 6. It was quiet place - some people don't like that but I do - so this is a personal preference. 7. The room was clean and the size of the TV was perfect (50"). 8. Have most of facilities you could need (external cafe, restaurant, cinema, kid's zone, flight simulator).

    The reception staff need to be reevaluate. not friendly. they playing with words and not meeting the expectation. i had to upgrade the reservation . on other context. "salah" the receptionist is the worst .

    The room was comfortable and grounds were impeccably kept. There were many restaurants within the compound. Although I did not swim, the pool looked very nice especially at night.

    The breakfast menu was amazing and good varieties. The green landscapes outside are good and you can take some photos with good views
