    La amabilidad y detalle del anfitrión. La genial ubicación. Todo el Palermo monumental a un corto paseo andando. La decoración, ambientación y amplitud del apartamento. Te sentirás como en casa, con todas las comodidades y con mejor ubicación.

    Everything exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, the location was perfect but most importantly, Max, Livio, Gabriella and Francesco made us feel like part of the family and gave us the perfect welcome to Palermo.

    Wonderful people, excellent location, delicious breakfast, a place like an old palace, feel like home.......... What else could I ask for better?     A beautiful Palazzo-style paradise right in the middle of Palermo, built in 1850 and beautifully restored in its origin condition, equipped with matching furniture and pieces of contemporary art. Very nice owners, attentive, charming and helpful. Opposite of the theatre with a Great view from the balcony at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Opulent breakfast served by the host.     Warm welcome from the owner. Gteat location with a balcony facing the Massimo Theatre, and at walking distance to attractions, restaurants, shops. Generous breakfast taken at a table overlooking the Massimo T. Just beautiful. I recommend this BB.

    Great communication prior to our stay. Great welcome from our host who really looked after us. Location is excellent with a great view of the opera house from the balcony. The rooms were large and well furnished with great decor. The continental breakfast was excellent. Great base for a stay in Palermo with secure parking just round the corner and ZTL sorted by the host. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment so just be careful if you are less mobile.
