    Our host Olimpia was really great, very helpful suggestions on where to go and how to get around venice - she also upgraded our room as there was a delay in checking in which was wonderful. The property was about 5 minutes from Arsenale and was in a great location, about 10 minute walk into st marks square. We would definitely recommend staying here, really good value for money!

    Location - perfect!!! In the very heart of Venice. Next to S.Marco square, Grand channel and vaporetto station (direct route from Airport)! Kind and attentive owners of apartment! Clean and comfortable room.

    Posizione eccellente, in una zona tranquilla e molto vicina a Piazza San Marco e all'Arsenale. La signora è davvero disponibile e molto cordiale.

    La struttura è nuova e bene arredata ma soprattutto molto pulita! la proprietaria è stata gentilissima nell'indicarci come raggiungere il b&b. Aggiungo anche che è molto vicina alla fermata del vaporetto di San Zaccaria che è comoda per arrivare praticamente ovunque

    Mega gute Lage! 7-8 Minuten vom Markusplatz entfernt und mit dem Alilaguna vom Airport kommt man auch 10 Minuten entfernt zum Apartment an.

    Расположение - тихо и все рядом, чисто. Нашли быстро. Хозяйка легко вышла на связь, заселились без проблем. Есть фумигатор, можно спать с открытыми окнами.
