    The beach location is beautiful and calm, the staff onsite were very friendly, kind and helpful. The communication with the owner/manager when we had a (externally created) issue where we had to change our booking, was fast, efficient, and clear. The mosque next door is pretty loud during the very early mornings, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. That's part of the beauty of Lombok though and there is a mosque on nearly every corner. Very clean rooms, and very comfortable beds. The view out onto the water in the mornings was beautiful.     Alden is located right on the sea with beautiful views of the Gilis. The staff was super friendly and full of smiles. When I had a complete melt down they were there to make me feel better. My bed was comfortable and there was International cable TV which was a good thing since the pool was unusable I had to pass my time somehow. I can say wholeheartedly the staff is the saving grace of Alden Beach House. On a side note, the owner was apologetic about the condition of the pool, however when I wanted to cancel my booking with a refund for the second day (which I had to pay upon arrival for) I was told no. I was given a small discount but not enough to cover the cost of moving to a new location.

    Near the mini market and public facilities, laundry service, diving school, snorkeling trip can be arrange at the hotel. Friendly and helpfull staffs. The pool is great with amazing view.

    The position on the beach was stunning, and there is a lovely daybed, and Bale to relax in. The bed very comfortable. The on-site manager, Mr Hamdan, was welcoming and made a big effort to make me feel and comfortable, and have an enjoyable experience. There

    We have very good experiences in this accommodation,beautiful location in front of beach, the room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff very welcoming and friendly, thumbs up for them. Definitely about the restaurant, no need to confuse where we can get dinner and lunch. The dinner and breakfast that we had supeerrrrrrr delicious Mantulllll, "Soto Betawi " highly recommended.     The location, the ambience, the facilities, and the seaside pool. I think this small resort is suitable for a relaxing holiday with a medium budget. This is a beachfront resort with seaview rooms and private sitting area directly facing the sea and 3 small islands. The facilities provided by this resort can be equalized with 3-star hotel standards in the city, which are rarely provided by other resorts in this area at this price range. The Location is just next to the main road, and very easy to find. The staff seemed enthusiastic and happy to serve their guests.
