    Well located, close to tram stop and to the beach, the spa was basic but clean and I was practically alone there.

    The location was very pretty! Great view ! We got a free upgrade to ocean view :) Great pizza and chicken shop next door Super close to the beach and surfers Nice big spacious rooms Bed in main room was super comfortable!!

    The Alexander was our savior! We originally had other accommodation but upon seeing the facilities there, we couldn’t stay there as it was NOTHING like it’s advertised photos! So we called and got lucky! Service was friendly and obliging from the get go! Beds were comfy, Foxtel was a plus as it was rainy when we stayed, views amazing from all rooms and convenience of bottle shop, pizza and supermarket right next door when you needed anything was perfect!

    The place is very handy to everything the only let down was the fold out bed my back was aching sore when I tried it. The air con needs to be bigger and have air con in all rooms. It's great how we had foxtel that's a bonus.

    Hotel was across from tram and 3 blocks from cavil avenue so a nice walk if you can walk, the room was big and comfy but a little extra attention to detail with the cleaning, the walls had dirty marks which can come off with a little cleaning product. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and was able to assist with any questions we had. facilities were great.
