    Very neat and tidy, all amenities were there and working.

    Loved the fact we didn’t have to stand around and sign paperwork, we arrived late one night and were able to access our room straight away. Room was clean, perfect and well priced. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Newcastle!

    The room was so small and unlike all the photos. Would not recommend as would never have paid the money for this if the photos were a true representation of how the room actually was. The bed was described as a king but was definately a small double. The linen was scratchy and we had 1 uncomfortable pillow each. Very disappointing stay. We didnt even want to stay in the room and cook which was what we had planned for some of the 2 days we were there.

    Even though the room was smaller than it looked in photos it was a good size and accessible for disabled people. Great location, great amenities, transport near by, beaches close, close to newcastle cbd.

    Dirty towels with pubic hair. Not cleaned properly As it had stains, grapes and crumbs from other people. Nice new appliances and good location

    The room itself, bed comfort and facilities, and the overall process re receiving all the access codes etc etc was really good

    I really really enjoyed the stay for a quick unexpected stay overnight it was fantastic I loved it.... Accommodation great super close to where I had to be next day.... the yummiest Pizza place next door ... If I had more time I would have tried the coffee & cupcake place next door too.... Very Appreciative of car space on premises and glad I secured the last one... of 3 I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others

    Nothing, room had no opening windows and we hired a room with a balcony but did not get one.
