    Esta en una buena ubicacion para coger las excursiones, alona beach esta a 10 min andando, pero hay tuc tucs por todos lados ke cobran entre 60 y 100 pisos ke esta genial.

    Relativamente cerca de Alona Beach, a unos 15 min caminando. Para una noche esta bien. Los dueños muy amables y atentos.

    Quite good location close to Alona beach. Basic but clean accommodation. The host Sergey is very nice, friendly, sociable person with great life experience and a lot of interesting stories to tell. Don't miss Sergey's cooking: his steaks of tuna and marlin, prawns marinated in orange sauce, delicious scallops and Ukrainian dumplings (vareniki) are must try! This place is home away from home. We stayed for 7 days but really wanted to stay longer. We're looking forward to come back with friends and family.

    The apartment is very clean, staff are friendly, the owner is very helpful specially when my wife got stock sea urchin on her legs he immediately offered a first aid. They served tasty food. All facilities functioned well, quiet air condition, hot and cold shower. They gave us new towels, toilet paper and cleaned our room everyday. Free drinking water in all our stay. Sound proof wall. Walking distance to Alona. Restaurants and groceries store nearby only a few mins walk and you will be there. Because Alona beach is very crowded so the owner recommended us Dumaluan beach for swimming and the no entrance beach where you can swim almost alone with nice white sand and cliffs near Nova beach resort. Highly recommended.

    This place was a little bit of calm in the city. The area around the hotel was a little rough, but once you got inside that was completely forgotten. The owner was very nice and helpful with my questions! It was a walk to the beach, but I preferred that to be honest...

    very friendly staff/owner family. always helpful, comfy bed, great A/C, spacious bathroom and well-working water pressure. the location was good even its not 300 meters to the beach, its more 10-15 minutes walk to the beach which is absolutely fine. Just beside the Hotel, you can rent a motorbike and explore Panglao and Bohol.
