From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the most loveliest staff. They continued throughout our 5 day stay to treat us with the best and most professional service we have ever experienced. We had 3 rooms for 5 family members and they accommodated all our requests. Rooms were large and light filled. Comfortable and clean. Bathrooms big and clean. All amenities were provided. Cleaning staff were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and varied most mornings. Staff in the breakfast area were helpful at all times. Afternoon tea with cake was served each day complimentary. One morning the front staff surprised me for my birthday with a beautiful handwritten card and gift. That was so special. Location of hotel is great as there is a family mart and 7 eleven just over the road. Free use of washing machine and dryer are also available. Truly a very special place to stay.

The staff was so incredibly nice! They held the door for me, greeted me the sweetest way possible, gave me free drinks and snacks and even a lunch box with hand written notes on every item!:) The room was perfectly clean and was very beautiful and modern! The breakfast was delicious and they had a little bit of a change on the things offered every day!:) Also they have a park service, so you don‘t have to worry about your car!:) They also helped me with planning my day and answered every question I had! They were very helpful! Special thanks to Mei and Yolande for the sweet lunch-surprise! Loved it so much!
