    Location was excellent for people who wants to be close the train station and airport bus .furthermore complimentary water coffee and brioches . Never had such an accommodation. It could cost more in my oiu ion

    Perfect location, just few steps away from the main station. Spotless room, some basic breakfast if you want (but plenty of bars around if you wish more). Very efficient checkin procedure, Giuseppe ensured everything went smooth.

    Very clean and secure! Accrross the road from the train station, which was super handy when visiting other places. Only a short walk to the center of the city and attractions.

    Rooms are situated in one flat in the 1st Floor of Big House with oter Flats just opposite of the Main Train Station. Not a Real Hotel as there's no lobby or breakfast room. The room we had was quiet as booked (windows to back yard), clean, modern, big bathroom, climatisation and big enouth for two seperate beds and a table for two. For breakfast we had the choice of eating in the room (croissant from fridge, jam, nespresso machine) or with a voucher in the bar next door (which we prefered). You can walk to the main places in Bologna in 15 Minutes or take the bus next door, so the location ist perfect. There is a parking garage 50m away where we left our car for 15€/day (Sat to Sun, maybe more expensive during week). You get key for main door, code for the flat and a card for the room so you can leave and come as you want.
