    Good location and friendly staff. Room was a good size. Arranged a taxi to the train station which we left an item of ours in the taxi. We contacted the hotel and they sent the driver back with what we had left.

    Good location, friendly staff. We had a bus cancel on us and the lovely girl on the front desk got us a last minute ride out and made sure the bus waited. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good location to the beach.

    The woman who checked us in was friendly and very helpful! Our room was nice and clean - and there’s an elevator!! The hotel is in a good location, it’s easy to get to places but slightly tucked away so you don’t hear all the sounds from the street.

    We stayed here 5 night. The location of hotel was really good, near to beach, center, many shops a restaurants. We liked Nha Trang and its surroundings. The receptionist was very nice and willing with little english skills.

    The lady on the front desk was very sweet and friendly. The rooms are good size and housekeeping came in and cleaned the room and bathroom every day along with fresh towels. The beach is a 2 minutes walk along with all the shops and restaurants so location is great. Would definitely stay here again!!

    Got upgraded to a bigger room because we "are a cute couple". Very friendly staff. Big and clean room and bathroom. Good location in a dead end side street but close to the waterfont, shops etc.

    Best thing in total was the incredibly nice and helpful young woman on the reception. Even though she had a few troubles communicating with us she tried very hard and we always understood each other. She was really helpful telling us what to see and booking stuff, finding laundry and so on. Best staff so far! Booked a double bed room which wasn’t available, got a bigger and better room for the same price instead. Good location Roomservice You get a lot for your money!
