    The room layout was very practical even though the room was not large. Facilities in the room and bathroom were excellent. The room I stayed in was probably renovated recently. A wide selection of teabags available.

    This hotel was more conveniently located for business travellers rather than tourists wanting to see the sights but it was very comfortable and pleasant and good value for money. Had I known Osaka I would have chosen an hotel closer to the station.

    Club Lounge breakfast and cocktail hour. Excellent service staff - very attentive and courteous. GEM service. Attention to all details. Shuttle service to Osaka Station.

    Rooms are often small in Japan, compared to what we're used to, but the fact that I cannot remember much about it means that it wasn't a surprise and didn't really stand out in a good or bad way. I used the pool twice, and while it was a little dated, the staff on duty were super friendly, it was very clean and I had it mostly to myself. The club lounge was comfortable and staff very attentive. The hotel was located in a quiet, business location but easy enough for us to walk to where we wanted to visit and for our onward journey.

    Rooms were too small. Carpet had stain marks. A bit expensive. Nice breakfast. Excellent staff. Good location. Good bus service to Osaka station.
