    La atención del personal ha sido magnifica, siempre con una sonrisa. Nos han llevado todos los días al centro cuando se lo pedíamos sin coste extra. La ida y la vuelta del aeropuerto también ha sido sin coste adicional(El conductor ha sido majisimo). Agradecer a todo el personal por nuestra estancia en Anachak, volveríamos sin dudarlo. The staff was excelent, always smiling. They drive us everyday to old market without extra charge, and the transfer to airport was included too (the driver is super kind) . Thanks to all staff for giving us an special holidays. We expect to see you again

    Service and staff was great! They went the extra mile and were very thoughtful. Really kind people, helped a lot and made our stay great. The restaurant served tasty food. Very nice rooftop Pool.

    This small hotel, a bit far off from the city centre (~ 3 km) is a really homely place to settle in. The breakfast is sumptuous and made to order. The staff super helpful and are always smiling to help you. Designed more as a service apartment, the rooms / suites are spacious and addresses all your creature comforts. It is quite close to the Angkor Wat ticketing office (~ 1.5 km) and the venue of "The Divine Sala", a place to witness the graceful Apsara Dance Shows while in Siem Reap. Given the time of the year when we visited (May 2019), the room rates were a definite value for money. They also provide you with a local SIM (which you need to top up a bit) and good wi-fi while within the property. The hotel also provides you free drop to the city centre and can help you book Tuk-tuks on request at moderate prices.

    This accommodation is very beautiful, it's calm and peaceful. Loved the rooftop swimming pool, and the gym is all new equipment with a good speaker system!! The staff are all friendly, attentive and professional. We loved that a tuktuk ride into town is included in the room rental, so that you can go to town easily for entertainment, food and exploring. The breakfast was very good too! We will definitely come back to this place if we return to Siem Reap!

    The staff are the sweetest and most caring people I’ve ever met! They go above and beyond for your every need- they are a credit to the hotel! The rooms are SO big - bigger than my entire flat in London. The pool and gym are incredible too

    Breakfast was made to order, staff was always ready to help, smaller property so all the staff knew the guests. Overall a good experience if you want to stay in a quieter location and need kitchen facilities. Rooms were fairly large and spacious too.

    People of this hotel are the kindest. They do everything to make your stay wonderful and are helpful. The swimming pool is great and there are also 2 bikes at free disposal (we use it every time we could to go to the temples or the city center). Bedroom is really spacious and the bed is very comfortable. It was really clean and the breakfast is good.

    I absolutely loved my stay here. I had three nights here and made good use of the bikes that were available. the tourist office (where you must buy the Angkor pass) is a couple hundred metres away and i enjoyed 40km rides each day around the temples (but there are plenty of tuk tuk opportunities, and the hotel staff are more than willing to help you if you have questions). It was incredibly hot each day so the rooftop pool and cocktails were fantastic. I was surprised by how delicious and reasonably priced the food was - better than the meal i had in town and the same price. the only thing i wasn't prepared for was a 1000 Riel fee to leave the airport (i didn't have Riel or USD on me at the time), but the hotel tuk tuk driver took care of it for me. the bed was really comfortable, great lighting, the TV worked with my chromecast and although there wasn't much of a view, the balcony was nice in the evening as the sun was setting.
