The breakfast was good - very attentive staff at the restaurant. It is far from the center of the city so it can be a little difficult to get around. However the hotel does provide a tuk tuk drop off to the city which was really convenient. The drivers were very nice - very helpful and polite and always smiling. They provided us with a phone for our stay so that we could call for the tuk tuk whenever we wanted which was such a great idea. Full marks for their proactive ideas. The room was lovely. They give you eco friendly glass bottles instead of plastic which was great. They really do make an effort to make ones stay comfortable. I loved the fact that it was a small hotel as the staff was very attentive - from the serving staff all the way upto the operations manager. -

The staff were exceptional, personal, friendly and went out of their way, over and beyond, time after time to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. Incredible - I’ve never experienced anything like it - the hotel itself was amazing; clean, luxurious and relaxing, great sized suite and gorgeous salt water pool - but the level of attention and service every single staff member offered was what made our stay 10/10.
