    The location is really good. We had requested one room to be ready even before the check in time and they were more than happy to do that for us. They even gave a free lake/mangrove view upgrade, we thank them for it. Lovely brunch and the restaurants in the promenade was also great. The water activities available outside the hotel were really nice, especially the 1 hour boat ride to the mangroves.

    The tables setting were spaced comfortably, giving privacy. The staffs were very prompt in clearing used / dirty plates and utensils while continuing to approach guests on any other orders, if required.

    Staff were friendly and helpful. No trouble for extra beds. Comfortable spacious room. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Good options for food walking distance along the promenade, including supermarket. Bikes available (wish I'd brought my kids scooters). Pool was lovely although the tent next to it and ac were a bit of a mess.
