    The rooms were amazing and the staff was very nice and understanding. The pools were also great. It was our anniversary and they provided us with a very nice cake and decorated the room in a very nice way. The beach was very calm and clean and the staff was very friendly.

    I liked the location, cleanliness, and most of all the staff. They were all great and happy to help out all the time, especially the waiter Andrew working at the pool area, the staff serving breakfast at the restaurant, and the room service for arranging our beds with rose petals and adorable swan shaped towels everyday.

    The heated pools and relaxing view. Shuttle bus helped to move easily and beach is very nice.

    We had an amazing stay! The staff r very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. We had the one bedroom apartment and it is ideal for families with kids! The location is v close to the marina, and transportation is easy... the pools are scattered around the resort and r never too crowded and 3 of them are heated which is perfect for kids as well...

    We arrived during the Gouna Film Festival and all of the actors were guests in the hotel and we expected that this might be chaotic and cause problems in check in or staff might give higher priority to the celebrities, however what happened was totally the opposite all the staff were doing their job perfectly well and professionally. While reserving through booking we asked for two baby cribs and upon our arrival we asked for a room with nice view and they were able to manage this and moved the cribs to the other room that we asked for. Also I would like to say special thanks to Mr. Sherif Mohsen the GM of the hotel for his gentleness and care that we get a bigger room and to ask the chief anytime to prepare special food for our babies. Also the room was perfectly clean and new. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel restaurant served lunch was very nice. Absolutely Ancient Sands will be my first choice when traveling to El Gouna.
