    Like the way they handled the whole situation where they cant give me the family room that I've booked and solve it by giving me few choices of room types to choose from.

    Breakfast was good for non-vegetarian but for vegetarian options were quiet less. Location of the hotel was great as its a walking distance to bangla street, patong beach, restuarants, massage parlour and near by attractions.

    The beds were a little too hard bathroom shower was over the bath and water flows all over the floor but other than that pretty good

    Overall was a great stay as dint put high expectations after reading reviews. Staff who knows min english tried hard to communicate.. well done guys

    1. Infinity pool was awesome...!!! 2. Near to everything. 3. Room was spacious. 4. The Reception lady at the counter @ Nasrin was very2 helpful.

    The room with pool access makes it worth the stay, only if u enjoy swimming that much. The staffs were friendly, they speak little english which was sufficient. The parking space is also ample.

    The customer service was awesome, Food was so good for breakfast had heaps of options. Room was all ways cleaned every day Bed comfortable & pool so easy to access. I liked everything & I'll pick this hotel again 😀👍

    The aircon is super cold and it is really useful for the hot weather. Swimming pool is cosy and clean which I really enjoyed. Location is good, short walking distant to shopping mall n the wet market. Lots of restaurants nearby to fix your hungry stomach.
