    So homely and comfortable. The housekeeper was like a little fairy who quietly put the coffee on in the morning and seemed to sense when some dishes needed washing so all we needed to do was relax. Perfect!

    Beautifull house in a peaceful and green place. Spotless clean and miss Lu is wonderfull. We had An amazing time there and regretted we had to leave. The house is very spacious. We felt at home instantly.

    Anicca Villa is an fabulous place to stay near Hoi An. We were a family group of 6 ranging from grandparents to teenagers. The house was spacious, and comfortable with plenty of room for all. The pool was fantastic and the villa provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling town. Anicca Villa met all our expectations except for the housekeeper, who far exceeded them. Ms Luong, is a wonderful host who transformed our stay from good to exceptional - thank you so much!

    Breakfast was a pleasure to the eyes and taste buds, and enjoying it outside, surrounded by the garden was exactly what we wished for. The house is located between Hoi An Town and beach, in a quiet neighbourhood, right next to rice fields and one of the many river arms. This setting was perfect for us: peaceful and quiet yet in the old town of Hoi An is easily reached by bicycle or taxi and so is the beach.

    The house was beautiful. There were plenty of separate seating areas around the house so perfect for a big group. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was amazing! The best part of all was the beautiful Mrs Luong who cared for us and made us feel so relaxed and welcome.

    The location of the property was ideal for us. It was very tranquil and situated in the middle of Hoi An ancient town and An Bang beach. To get to both by Grab taxi was very convenient (10mins) and cheap for our family of 8. Luong was exceptional! She's such a sweet, helpful, hard working and a lovely person! She took care of everything for us during our 4 days stay at Anicca Villa. Breakfast prepared by Luong was always prompt, delicious, and the attention to detail when she lays the table for breakfast was always very much appreciated by all of us. Also, whenever we needed assistance with anything during our stay, she would always be available and get things done with a very warm and genuine smile. By the way (Luong), my wife found her missing earing. Thank you for making our stay at the villa a very memorable one. As and when we are back in Vietnam and Hoi An happens to be our chosen destination again , I would have no hesitation of booking this villa again!

    I can't talk about this property with out first mentioning Luong. From my understanding she has helped host guests at the Villa for sometime and is truly amazing. She made the visit for us. She cleaned, cut coconuts, ran errands, did laundry, cooked and much more (I hope and assume she had help herself). The Villa itself was also fantastic the house is well laid out. The pool area is amazing and better than what you would find in most 5 star hotels. We also loved the second story balcony for early morning reading. The place was so gorgeous we ended up doing the groomsmen wedding photos in the backyard. Highly recommend!

    The villa is beautiful & the pool is amazing. We were so well looked after by Luong and her family. It was the perfect base to enjoy Hoi An. We didn’t want to leave!

    Excelente y acogedor lugar. Alquilamos la pequeña villa para 2 personas. La arquitectura es tradicional/moderna y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias. Un lugar muy impresionante. El desayuno es impresionante. Los anfitriones muy amables y serviciales. Fue lo mejor que experimentamos en Hoi An.
